These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by Terra Source Corporation (“Terra Source,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or purchasing samples through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Website Information Is Not an Offer
Product descriptions, origins, specifications, formats, volumes, packaging, and availability shown on this website are provided for general information. They are not an offer to sell and may change without notice. All wholesale and bulk supply is subject to a separate written quotation or contract, which confirms the actual product specification, quantity, price, Incoterms, documentation, and delivery terms. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed contract, the contract controls.
3. Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or reserve product. We may accept or decline any inquiry at our discretion.
4. Sample Orders
- Pricing. Sample prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The price charged is the price confirmed on the Square checkout page at the time of your order.
- Payment. Payment is processed by Square. Your payment is also subject to Square’s terms.
- Shipping. Shipping is calculated by FedEx for your address and shown before payment. Samples currently ship only to the countries listed on the samples page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Duties and import rules. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country, and for making sure the samples may be lawfully imported there.
- Damaged or incorrect orders. Because samples are agricultural food commodities, we cannot accept returns of opened or used samples. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Representative samples. Samples represent a product type and typical quality. They do not guarantee that a future commercial lot will be identical; commercial lot specifications are confirmed in the contract for that lot.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, submitting false information or orders, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.
6. Intellectual Property
The Terra Source name, logo, text, photographs, graphics, and design of this website belong to Terra Source Corporation or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The website uses or links to third-party services and sites, such as Square, FedEx, SAM.gov, Google Maps, and industry news sources. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
